The primary goal of the group, managed by its founding partners Oktay Baştanoğlu and Doğan Köse, is to create real estate projects with long-term lease contracts that serve the organized retail sector.
The projects created by Retailors using a 'tailor-made' working methodology were achieved as shopping centres, retail parks and standalone (single tenant) retail buildings. They were sold to both domestic and foreign real estate funds.
